In April 2017 I participated in a Service Design Contest “Washful Thinking” for Miele in Jovoto platform.
Mi idea, “Workout and Wash out” consisted in a laundry service to Gyms and Sports Centres to wash and dry gym clothes after use. The customer will hand over the clothes to a service area when leaving the gym and pick up the clothes before the next workout.
The idea was awarded with one of the higher prizes: the “Client award” in June 2017.
